Indian Civil Nuclear Project

Indian Civil Nuclear Project

Nuclear power is one of the major power source in India, but comes only after thermal, Hydroelectric and  renewable energy sources like wind mills and solar panels, But India Plans to increase the Nuclear based power generation to equalize the country's growing power requirement. So far India has some 22 Nuclear reactors in seven Nuclear  Power plants across India, producing estimated power output of some 6000 mega watts of electricity, recently the Russian made Reactor in Kudankulam produces nearly 1000 mega watts from it's first operational power plant, which is the highest single power plant's power production in India.

India plans to construct more number of Reactors in Kudankulam and Rajastan with the support of Russia and France respectively, in Kudankulam government plans to construct ten bigger nuclear reactor each can produce 1000 mega watts, so far only one has operational, and the second in testing run and third is in construction stage, and in Rajastan the French backed Areva project which expected to produce 9000 mega watts of power from it's five to ten Nuclear Reactors, the project is yet to started, recently the Indian PM signs a Memorandum of understanding with the French Government and Areva company about the price negotiations for the consuming units,

Even with the Huge numbers of Planned and operational reactors, India need huge amount of nuclear fuel that's the Uranium, despite sanctions in early 2000, India bought nuclear fuel from Russia to runs it's reactors in various plants across India, countries like Canada and Australia hold world's largest high grade uranium deposits, to import from nations who supply nuclear fuel need a authorization from Nuclear supply Group organizations and IAEA- international atomic energy corporation, after the sanctions waived  in 2008, India explored opportunities to build more advanced Reactors and buying high grade uranium from foreign suppliers,

Later India made contracts with several countries to supply uranium, countries include Canada Australia and more, recently the Prime minister signed a contract with Kazakhstan authorizes to supply 5000 metric tons of  high grade uranium to Indian reactors.

India also has huge uranium deposits but they were very low grade, enriching and processing those uranium makes huge cost than importing from foreign, but recently The Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research found uranium deposits around Andhra and Telangana Forests, also the analyzed report mentions that the uranium found in that forest is high grade and equals to the importing uranium's grade, so far the team estimated the uranium deposits in that area could reach more than some 50,000 metric tons.  a Single nuclear reactor which produces 700 mega watts of power needs 125 metric tons of uranium for one year.

India recently initiated plans to build more strategic uranium reserves in India, to store more than 5000 metric tons of uranium, which supply enough uranium to Indian reactors for more than five years, India has a single Uranium reserve which is located in Hyderabad, it's expected that India will construct two more reserves in coming years.

India has huge amount of Thorium deposits, but currently there is no working reactors which can use thorium as their fuel, the long Indian coast has a deposit of some half a million metric tons of thorium deposits, and India already initiated projects to build reactors based on thorium as their fuel, currently Kalpakkam has hosting a major works of Thorium based reactors, if those programs were Successful most Future reactors will be built by using thorium as their Fuel.

It's expected that India can reach 30,000 mega watts of power generation through nuclear reactor by coming 2030.

France India Nuclear Deal Signed

 France India Nuclear Deal Signed

France on Friday became the first major nuclear power to agree to manufacture nuclear reactor parts in India, and committed to reducing the cost of six reactors it is selling to New Delhi, the assurance coming during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit today.

India and France also inked three pacts on inter-planetary research on the 50th anniversary of their co-operation in space after Modi's meeting with French President Francois Hollande.

The nuclear and space pacts were the key diplomatic gifts Modi will take home with him from France. In return, he assured Hollande India will directly purchase 36 Rafale fighter jets, ignoring standard tender procedures.

"The agreements to reduce the cost of nuclear power are very important for us to progress in our co-operation. This is representative of our deep trust in each other," Modi said in Hindi after the meeting late evening in Paris.

Areva, the French nuclear operator signed an agreement with Indian firm Larsen & Toubro to jointly manufacture nuclear components - a move that fits in with Modi's "Make in India" initiative aimed at encouraging domestic manufacturing.

But crucially, Indian production of key nuclear parts will likely also reduce manufacturing costs and the eventual burden on the taxpayers when India purchases reactors made from these components.

Finally, the Indian manufacture of nuclear components will yield something India has long craved - technology transfer from a key nuclear power. "We have no reason for any distrust in our relationship," Hollande said.

Areva and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL), India's sole nuclear operator, also signed a separate agreement to finalise the cost of the six reactors. France has so far been demanding a price equivalent to Rs 9 per unit of electricity, a rate India has argued is not viable. Instead, India has pitched a maximum cost of Rs 6 per unit.

The breakthrough in the logjam over pricing represents a second advance in three months in India's nuclear ties with key world powers, after the understanding New Delhi reached with Washington on resolving US concerns over nuclear liability during President Barack Obama's visit to India in January.

Sharing Nukes Saudi and Bakistani

Sharing Nukes Saudi and Bakistani

DF 31, Saudi bought some units of such missile during 2007 as per reports

DF 3A CSS 2 shown in a Saudi Parade April 2014

This time the Arabs and Muslims joins hands to fight against another Muslim country and a lone Jewish state. between majority of the Saudi and Bakistani's Muslims are Sunni's and good number of Shia's too living in both countries. But both Saudi a Bakistani have 80% sunni muslim majority. unlike their common enemies like Iran and Iraq holds 90% of Shia majority. It's a Known fact that any other religious peoples can live with the muslims either shia or sunni but they can't live with other muslims if they sunni then they try to wash out shia from there same vice-verse. the known examples are Syrian and Iraq present earlier Qatar, Iraq, Yemen. and all over entire middle east can waged war with their religious shit to show who is powerful, now it's about the title

Baksitani Army Chief with Royal Family
As of now the Terrorists sponsoring country alone have operational nuclear warheads which where stolen blueprints of North Korea and the help from China to boost Bakistan to fight against India. Bakistan first tested it's sub kiloton nuke devices in  1999. but questions raised when that shit country detonates a Nuke warhead. when analyzers went into deep they find North Korean Nuke blueprints, Chinese design technology and the Wahhabi Saudi's money. the saudi's and Bakistani's plans to bring nukes in the midile of 1974. when India tested It's first Nuke aevice also Israeli's are also conducting secret missions and carried out covert Nuke test somewhere far from south Africa. that fueled those sunni leaders from Kingdom and Islamic Bakistan when they meet in lahore during the 1974. they planned many thing including buying some devices from China to counter balance Israel and India. during the lack of communications in the 1980's those are not available in media's. The Prgoram started by the Bakistani PM Zulfi Bhutto Funded by Royal saudi's

Bakistani Saudi Military leaders
The Bakistan and Saudi's are the best ally's in the Middle east both share good economic and military assistance between them. the Bakistani providing security assistance to the Saudi's whenever wherever from the past Yemeni clash to flying through the Saudi's fighter Jets. even those Bakistani SSG provide military security for the Royal Family. saudi also gives millions of dollars to Bakistan to establish their infrastructure. but they invest it terrorism.

The Bakistani PM started the Program funded by the Saudi's  going smoothly with secret inter meets with high level officials. once a Baksitani General visited to Saudi told some Officials "our Achievements are yours" that clearly indicates something big going to happens.  before testing the Nuke devices the Bakistani PM called Saudi Royal family secretly we are Ready to go. in short Periods of time  Bakistan begins detonating it's Nuke devices far from Baluchistan provenance. shortly after the sucessful detonation only UAE along with Saudi congratulated the Bakistani nuke tests and tried to calm down world Super powers. later Saudi officials are fibered by nuke terrorist AQ Khan. father of many Bakistani's. soon after the UN's  sanctions Saudi helped the Bakistan by providing 50k barrels of crude oil daily.

till the 1998 intelligence agencies from all over the Country's tracked that bakistani saudi collaboration of Nuke warheads and warned nuke imbalance in the Gulf region. but both Bakistan and Saudi's denied such involvements. It's first international research org Global Security.org  first reported that those known nuke collaboration in means of sharing oil for low cost and provide assistance during war times. soon after more news reports and Intelligence agencies figured out the same issue. not only that when those Saudi's bought CSS 2 from china early 1988. until 1990 China and Saudi doesn't have proper relationships. but that illegal weapon transfer happens well before 1988. CSS 2 or DF 3 A once a Backbone of Chinese Nuke Delivery options which carrying a 100kt nuclear warhead over 3000  kilo meters. which is completely a Violation of MCTR which controls transfer of Missiles range over 300 kilometers. all of the countries who selling Missiles to others should adopt the 300Km range specifications.

until 2014 April most of the intelligence believes that Saudi may use the Bakistani ballistic missiles for it's primary nuclear delivery. to showing thier counterbalance power of Iranian Nuclear developments. but all those are went wet when they parade CSS 2 in the military parade. and that beleives Saudi's have nearly 50 such missiles in it's arsenals. also latest information's suggest that saudi may bought newer version of CSS 5 the known DF 21A. reports beleives that Saudi have three launch sites along his country to carryout DF 3A Ballistic Missiles.

as per latest reports Washington based research institute believes that the contract of sharing nukes renewed as per latest developments between the Bakistani and Saudi officials.
