Saudi Planning for a ground invasion in Syria

Saudi Planning for a ground invasion in Syria

After eight years of civil war in Syria, both Sunni's and Shia's trying to capture the Syrian chair with the help of Russia and America respectively. Saudi is on the other side making some good decision like they lead the gulf contingent into Yemen to stop the Shia militants advancing towards Capital. The issue in Yemen is the Saudi's treat Yemen like how India treating Nepal and Bhutan. However the Iranian backed Shia militants tried to sabotage the Yemeni- Saudi relationship.

Saudi spending more than $80 billions per year for defense. The amount is 20% higher than Indian defense budget. The Saudi's also be part of the global war against terrorism who conducting air strikes against ISIS in Iraq. and leading the GCC contingent in Yemen.

The Syrian ISIS positions are pounded by US, French, German and England Air force fighter jets. While special forces from US,UK, Turkey and Netherlands also conducting special operations inside Syria. Meanwhile the Russian Air strike and ground troops targets only the Syrian rebels, who's main objective is topple the Assad family's dictation in Syria. Nearly 20% of Russian Turkish air force are attacking ISIS positions in Syria.

Iran is the first country who deployed ground forces into Syria and Iraq to crush the ISIS. Iran who is a main rivalry of  USA, acted together with US air force during many offensive operations inside Iraq and Syria. Russia on the other side joining with the Syrian army to conduct offensive operations against rebel controlled lands inside Syria.

The Saudi's announcement comes after a failed Geneva talks between Syrian Rebels and Syrian government members last week. The Rebels asked the Russians and Syrian troops to stop bombing in Aleppo. The city who hosts more than millions of Syrian lives. Due to the Russian strikes many Syrians massing up near the Turkish border and asking asylum.

Madaya is another city hosting half a million Syrians who came from all over Syria. The city was besieged by Russian Iranian backed terrorists Hezbullah. after heavy pressure from International community the Hezbullah terrorists allowed the UN led Red cross and other NGO's truck carrying medicine and food for the starving Syrian civilians.

There is a master plan currently in construction between Turkey, USA, France and KSA include some other GCC nations, they planning for a controlled ground offensive in Syria from two sides.  The KSA led GCC troops plans to enter Syria by South side. meanwhile the US, France and some other EU nations comes via Iraq Syria borders. and the Turkish led forces comes from top side.

The initial plan is to annihilate the ISIS, however analysts confirms the Force may also focus the Syrian capital Damascus and port city Latakia. However this will not happens in just a year. The offensive against ISIS alone takes more than two years. So Assad gets another two years to rule Syria.

The International community once tried to mark a safe zone in Syria to safe guard Syrian Civilians with UN led Medical and food supplies. The possible No fly zone or the safe zone agenda was Veto-ed by Russia in UN. which makes more than hundred thousands of civilians lives in the past couple of years.

Bahrain also ready to send their ground troops and air assets into Syria to fight against ISIS. Bahrain also said they were ready to be a part of the multi national ground operations against ISIS. It's also reported as many as GCC nations too join the multi national alliance against ISIS.

Syrian Battleground, Russian Marines and American A 10 Deployed

Syrian Battleground, Russian Marines and American A 10 Deployed

The Syrian battleground sees two major world power competing to hold military balance in war torn Syrian Iraqi territories. Even after the Russian close air support Syrian Iranian troops and Hezbollah terrorists failed to capture grounds controlled by Free Syrian army sponsored by KSA and west. On the other side US continuing help the Kurdish forces to fight against ISIS in northern Syria close to Turkey. Turkey is an NATO Member requested help from NATO to safe guard their air space from air space violations from Syria.

Russia currently deploying some three thousands of Marine units and special forces in Syria. Most of them are Special forces and FSB comes from Crimea and Eastern Ukraine. Those Special forces performed espionage missions inside Ukraine and seized major cities like Luhansk and Donestk. Those Cities are now under control of Russian sponsored Militia's. Russia plans to move those special forces to conduct scout missions inside Syria to pave the way to Syrian Army to achieve the objective. Some photos in social media found that Russian special forces already operating inside Syrian Battle grounds.

Spotters across middle east found continuous Russian deployment in Syria which include Russian Marines and other equipment's. Russia already has some two thousand plus troops inside Syria for many activities. They assist Syrian ground forces in the grounds, assisting command planning and conduct offensive missions, logistics supports like mechanics and ground support and many more. Even most of the Syrian Fighters jets are serviced by Russian ground crews.

Russian forces also deployed air defense systems like communication denied systems to protect the air space by jamming fighter jets communication. Russia also deployed Pantsir S1 quick reaction SAM's to protect the Syrian air space from NATO and Israeli aircraft's. Even with the dense air denial environment Israel successfully performed two combat sorties and destroyed several Hezbullah convoy's inside Syria.

On the other side, In Northern Syria US supporting the Kurd forces to battle against ISIS in Manbij and Jerablus. At first US deployed six F 16 C fighters in Turkey to safe guard their air space which was replace by twelve A 10 and six F 15 C. The Eagle's will provide cover and conduct combat air patrol missions close to Syrian air space. while the A 10 helps the Kurd forces to fight against the ISIS.

US also plans to deploy another batch of A 10 warthog's in Iraq to support the YPG forces to retake the Sinjar provenance from ISIS control. US currently assisting the Sinjar offensive using their F 16's operated from Iraqi air fields. The Kurd forces planning to retake the Sinjar before the winter starts. The offensive almost stalled since there is no political cooperation between Yazedi's and Kurd's. Kurd forces allied with Yazedi's controls 20% of Sinjar as of now.

Days ago US and Kurd forces conducted a special operation mission to retake key position in Al hawa close to Iraqi borders. The US Air force provided good small arms weaponry to the Kurds before starting the offensive. The ground support includes new set of mortar's Rifles and Rocket launchers. US also provided communication systems to coordinate US Strike package to hits the correct target.

Three A 10 and one AC 130 gun ship roared over Syrian Air space and provided close air support. The mission lasted for more than hours. US continuously strafed the ISIS positions using GAU Avenger cannon and AC 130's howitzers. The mission successfully pushed the ISIS from Al hawa. and The Kurd forces retakes the city entrance and erects defensive positions.

Jordon also concerned about ISIS build up in Al Tanf close to Jordon borders, and asks Israeli and US reconnaissance missions over Jordon Syrian border. earlier Israel provided some of the AH 1 Cobra helicopters to Jordon to keep the border's secure from Infiltration. US and Israel discussing about Jordanian request of surveillance mission over Al Tanf.

ISIS plans to wage war in India to provoke an Armageddon

ISIS plans to wage war in India to provoke an Armageddon

Reports reveals that  ISIS plans to use the Pakistani and Afghani Islamic militants to attack India to start the  Armageddon or end of the world like scenario. American Media Institutes caught a Pakistani deserted soldier who has with several classified informations about the ISIS. a 30 page Urdu document was translated into English by an elite American Harvard University Researcher. the Reports were Later published into the lead US media USA Today. they also get a interview from that Pakistani man but which is not revealed for security concerns about the live of the Pakistani.

The Report mainly states about attacking US Army Personnel stationing in Afghanistan and American diplomatic officers,  ISIS tries to attack the US bases in Iraq several times but all such attacks were repelled by the US Forces, But in Afghan ISIS has no real grounds or manpower like in Syria and Iraq, Afghan and Pakistan has been dominated by Shia militants like Taliban, even there is a cold war between Taliban and ISIS, But still some good numbers of ISIS based Sunni militants operating secretly in Afghan and Pakistan.

So ISIS needs a huge manpower to expand their wings outside Syria and Iraq, those countries like Afghan and Pakistan is always having a unstable government because of the terrorism. so with the small ISIS groups inside Afghan and Pakistan can grow the ISIS members numbers  huge in coming months.

The US intelligence officials also reviewed the reports and said said they believe the document is authentic based on its unique markings and the fact that language used to describe leaders, the writing style and religious wording match other documents from the Islamic State, also known as ISIL and ISIS. They asked to remain anonymous because they are not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

The undated document, titled “A Brief History of the Islamic State Caliphate (ISC), The Caliphate According to the Prophet,” seeks to unite dozens of factions of the Pakistani and Afghan Taliban into a single army of terror.  It includes a never-before-seen history of the Islamic State, details chilling future battle plans, urges al-Qaeda to join the group and says the Islamic State's leader should be recognized as the sole ruler of the world’s 1 billion Muslims under a religious empire called a “caliphate.”

“Accept the fact that this caliphate will survive and prosper until it takes over the entire world and beheads every last person that rebels against Allah," it proclaims. "This is the bitter truth, swallow it.”

The document warns that “preparations” for an attack in India are underway and predicts that an attack will provoke an apocalyptic confrontation with America: “Even if the U.S tries to attack with all its allies, which undoubtedly it will, the ummah will be united, resulting in the final battle.” The word “ummah” refers to the entire global community of Muslims.

Striking in India would magnify the Islamic State’s stature and threaten the stability of the region, said Bruce Riedel, a senior fellow with the Brookings Institution who served more than 30 years in the CIA. “Attacking in India is the Holy Grail of South Asian jihadists.”

But coming to India one million of Active military personnels can easily kill huge numbers of ISIS terrorists in single attack, If ISIS starts a asymmetric warfare India also suffer in first waves, but this will not happens continuously, India currently suffering asymmetric warfare  done by the Terrorists backed by the Pakistani Army,  the Indians also sounding about heavy retaliations but still no clear attacks against Terrorist positions outside Indian Borders.

If ISIS comes to attack India in Large numbers, they have to use the Pakistani Borders, as India already learns good lessons in Kargil, this time India will not show any mercy over the Terrorist, they can continue bombs enemy positions with much heavier weapons.

The ISIS thinks that they can easily takes Indian Border cities just like how they capture cities in Iraq and Syria, where the ISIS comes in large numbers and easily out numbers the government forces, which forced the government forces vacate the area. those Soldiers even don't have enough trainings to hold the positions, also they don't gets resupply or Reinforcements. but the same will not happens in India,

The Regular Indian Forces has deployed in huge numbers across the Borders, all of them can reach a designated position within a hours as a Massive deployment, and the highly advanced air force also gives support to the soldiers through it's attack jets and Helicopters.

Even if some thousand of ISIS terrorists attack a small group of Indian Soldiers numbers less than thirty of Fifty, The Indians suddenly informs the scenario to the Army base command, and  the Soldiers will set a defensive positions and start attack enemy forces, it's clear that anyone can hold the ground just some one or two hours because of low numbers and sort of ammunitions. meanwhile the base command already forwarded the message to the Army High command, and the base command inform nearby army bases to send the soldiers to support the soldiers who are pinned by the terrorists, within a hour or minutes it's clear army will masses more than thousands of Soldiers.

And with the technological advancements The Army will use High Altitude reconnaissance planes and satellites to know the exact positions of the enemy terrorists, and start counter attack, in such a conventional war Indian Army alone take some 24 hours to kill all the infiltrated terrorists.

Even if ISIS managed to bring more than 10,000 of terrorists in one wave, It's clear the Army asks supports from Air forces for bombing missions, with the Technical advancement The IAF can manage to assist the friendlies to hold their positions till the  arrival  of  reinforcement units.

But the ISIS never faces such challenges, earlier the ISIS plans to attack a US Army base in Iraq, The US forces numbered less than Hundred, but ISIS managed to mass 900 numbers, and Attacked in the Night, The US already knows about the Terrorists plans and sets their position for defensive attack, they also asked for Air support from the US marines Aircrafts, before the sun rise the US repelled the ISIS attack and kills almost 200 of terrorists, others flees from the scene.

The ISIS correctly said about the  Armageddon, if they tries for a war against Indians in Indian Land or near Indian Borders, thats their final day in the earth.

Recapturing the city of Tikrit from ISIS

Recapturing the city of Tikrit from ISIS

Recapturing the city of Tikrit from ISIS

ISIS Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant or known more dreadfully as the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria has been spreading more fear and terror throughout the world. The group has named Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as its caliph. The group has claimed religious, political and military authority over all Muslims worldwide and that "the legality of all emirates, groups, states, and organisations, becomes null by the expansion of the khilāfah's (caliphate's) authority and arrival of its troops to their areas". The United Nations has held ISIL responsible for human rights abuses and war crimes, and Amnesty International has reported ethnic cleansing by the group on a "historic scale". The group has been designated as a terrorist organisation by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Syria, Egypt, India, and Russia. The group gained notoriety after it invaded Iraq and engaged Iraqi government forces and has taken over key cities in western Iraq. On the other hand at Syria, it has staged well planned and coordinated ground attacks against government forces and has notably engaged rebel factions. In early 2014, the group initiated an offensive against ground forces in western Iraq and Syria. ISIS successfully annexed major parts of western Iraqi territories and has taken over strategic installation in Syria. The rise of ISIS has been termed as the re-emergence of Sunni insurgents and al-Qaeda militants in the long troubled Middle East. The group has overtime involved itself in Attacks on civilians, Iraqi Government and security forces, foreign diplomats and soldiers, and American convoys. The group has pledged to expel U.S. forces from Iraq, establishing an Islamic authority as a caliphate, spreading the conflict to Iraq's secular neighbours, and clashing with Israel. ISIL is known to be well-funded from sources that were believed to be once funding Al Qaida and other terrorist organizations. ISIS has used web and social media propaganda, which includes Internet videos of the beheadings of soldiers, civilians, journalists, and aid workers, as well as the deliberate destruction of cultural heritage sites to help spread its mission throughout the globe thus helping to raise funds and mostly importantly to help substantiate its recruitment drive which is essential for its notorious activities. To finance its activities, the group is also stealing ancient artefacts from Syria and Iraq.

ISIS began the Northern Iraq offensive on 5 June 2014, ISIL and various other terror organisations captured several cities beginning with Samarra. ISIS continued its onslaught on the Iraqi forces and by 10 June captured Mosul. Faced with an unprecedented enemy and having faced several loses and causalities on the western front the Iraqi forces started their retreat. Faced with minimal opposition ISIS continued its campaign of terror on key western Iraqi cities and on 11 June captured the significant city of Tikrit. Tikrit was a strategic city both for the pro Iraqi forces and to the ISIS which mainly consisted of former Baath political party leaders. The war on Tikrit was an emotionally charged war with Tikrit being the birthplace of the former Baath party leader Saddam Husain. To check the onslaught of ISIS and to mainly demoralize its forces the Iraqi parliament under the leadership of Nouri al-Maliki launched an counter offensive on the western province with an aim to recapture to the lost cities, strategic installations and to rout out the top leadership of ISIS. To overtake the city of Tikrit the government launched a ground based and air coordinated offensive on ISIS by 26 June. On 26 June the government forces launched an airborne assault on the city of Tikrit. On 28 June the forces launched an unplanned coordinated ground offensive on the city. But by 30 June the assault had stalled abruptly with the ground forces pushed still further south of Tikrit.  Faced with a defeat on all fronts the Iraqi forces again on 15 July launched a new assault on Tikrit from Awja. The forces were ambushed by the waiting militants and launched an well laid out and coordinated attack on Iraqi forces.

Faced with a sickening defeat and suffering several hundred causalities Iraq looked out to its immediate neighbor Iran and requested for support to capture Tikrit. Acknowledging the request of Iraq, Iran dispatched top ranking Military officials headed by Islamic Revolution guard chief, Major General Qasem Soleimani and also sent over thousands of Hezbollah Terrorists. Working closely with his Iraqi counterpart the preparation of the assaults were laid out, planned and rehearsed before the main assault was staged against the ISIS fighters. By March 2015 the forces started mounting well coordinated attacks across various strategic points on the peripheral of Tikrit. Backed by the Coalition forces and the Iranian forces on 3 March, Iran launched an all-out offensive on the city. U.S. sources placed in Pentagon estimated that about 23,000-plus fighters were engaged in the offensive on ISIS in Tikrit alone. ISIS was greatly outnumbered with its forces being reduced to a mere number of 400 and 1,000. Continuing its offensive extensively throughout the outer peripheral of Tikrit the ground forces successfully expelled the ISIS forces and captured the entrance of Tikrit. With the morale of the Iraqi forces boosted with the initial victory forces backed with Coalition forces resorted to heavy artillery fire and this extensively co-ordinated with the advancement of the Ground forces and helped pave the way to enter the city which was once inaccessible even with a close air-ground support. With the civilians fleeing Tikrit even before the assault was mounted the Combines forces enjoyed the factor of mounting artillery fire and air support deep within the city as well. But faced with the constant threat of AAA and MANPAD threats the involvement of air support was limited deep within the city which has turned out to be a main stronghold of ISIS. With the involvement of Iranian forces the involvement of Coalition forces led by US forces was drawn to a minimal. But backed with artillery support and well placed sniper forces the ‘Combined forces ‘inflicted heavy damage on ISIS forces forcing them to retreat even further into the streets of Tikrit.

With the threat of AAA and MANPADS reducing Iraqi forces started receiving the much needed air support. Several squadrons of assault helicopters were pushed into action which coordinated for closer ground assaults deep within the city. ISIS faced abrupt onslaughts resorted to rig the streets of Tikrit with several hundred mines at once. Reports of more than 5000 IED’s are being planted across the cities were reported by sources in Pentagon. ISIS has destroyed bridges, forcing Iraqi forces to clear out streets slowly and systematically. ISIS has destroyed the bridge over Tigris River that leads to Tikrit, this has forced the Iraqi forces to travel 40 miles north to the next bridge. With the Combined forces strategically cordoning off the city and rounding the peripheral of the city, ISIS has been effectively cut off from receiving any much needed backup. ISIS is now known to be fighting a losing battle against a formidable enemy that looks to be just growing and mounting offensives with an zeal that remains unmatched by ISIS.

But Military Think tanks insists that only a Coalition backed air strike would rout out the remain ISIS forces which has taken refuge deep within the cities. The need for UAV has doubled over time, ‘Combined forces ‘have suffered huge rate of casualties due to the hidden mines and IED's. An all-out ground offensive is under progress and if this attack can be staged and pulled together this would be a major defeat to ISIS. Iraqi forces are moving in quickly from the northwest and southwest of Tikrit but they will inevitably face a tough fight from ISIS unwilling to lose the last city it holds in Salahadin province.
