   Pakistan readying to construct a medium sized military base in occupied Kashmir in what called as Gilgit Baltistan in Pakistan. Kashmir has been under control of three nations, half of them under India, another quarter under Pakistan and another quarter under China.

    Pakistan never tried to put such large number of military troops in occupied Kashmir in peacetime, due to heavy pressure from India and international organization, knowing that might escalate another war between India and Pakistan, which also destabilize the balance in the region.

    Pakistan and China planning a road way which will connect the Chinese and Pakistani mainland together, the plan is what called as Silk road since ancient times. the road formally connect China, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran. Pakistan and China estimates up to $45 billion worth of goods will be exported through the silk road. later the same extend up to Iran. 

    India opposed the plan of Silk way, since they road might be used to transport Chinese troops into Pakistan freely. also the road also been constructed in Indian lands occupied by Pakistani uniformed terrorists, and other jihadi organizations.

     Pakistan thinking of deploying a brigade level of forces in occupied Kashmir to safe guard the Silk road, Pakistan saying that deploying military personnel's only for securing the china Pakistan economic corridor (CPEC) from terrorists. However India and some other military watchers thinks that might be reason to put a brigade level forces close to Indian borders.

    The new military establishment will be constructed close to Dimar in Occupied Kashmir, Diamer is located just a 100 kilometer from the actual Line of Control. which allows the brigade level forces comes close to the border within two hours.

    Normally military bases are constructed to accommodate more number of military personnel and civilians, along with defensive and offensive setups for conducting assault against enemy troops. Details already emerged out that Pakistani army already arrived the zone, that they were start assessing the lands before constructing lethal military buildings in the Diamer.

Doval drops bombshell, Says Army not ready for war

   National security adviser Ajit doval once again slammed the army's war preparedness level and indirectly accused the government to not allow the soldiers to carry out offensive operations along the Indo Pakistani border and occupied Kashmir. Doval said about Indian army's war preparedness level also decreased due to poor planning of Soldier deployment.

   Doval directly accused Pakistan, that they sending their soldiers as Jihadi's to test Indian Army's capability and weakness zone and create instability along the border, making the long line of border inaccessible for both nation. which derail economics and security. Pakistan doing the same for the past fifteen years, yet India didn't responded. This almost a successful mission for Pakistani's to continuously irritating India by posing as strong army.

    After Kargil, India deployed more than a division of Soldiers close to the India Pakistani border every year. Doval questioned, had the Pakistani's stopped infiltrating our border. After 26/11 Navy and Coast guard increased patrol duties, however the Navy's operating procedure stopped the infiltration, However that's not completely stopped.

    After the Ceasefire announcement by both side in late 2003, India and Pakistan moved the long range artillery's from the border. while they carried another option by sending more than thousand of jihadi's every year into India. This makes Kashmir and other border area's are remain security concerned area. 

     Doval accused the Army and Government who poorly adopted a decision by fencing the line of control. Doval slammed both military and political leaders, this makes our Soldiers become watchman not a true war fighter. He also pointed a example of fencing, "In WW2 the French build defensive fortification like bunkers, towers and fences along the eastern border to stop German's Nazi army, The results are known to everyone, The Hitler's troops easily outflanked the defensive position"

    Doval said the fencing idea comes from BSF, who first fenced the Punjab Rajastan borders and Bangladeshi border to stop illegal drug trafficking. However they failed to stop it. The army too adopted the same cheap and low maintenance solution. Pakistan continuously repeating the proxy war using the red line as fences, without fearing Indian escalation.

    Doval hinted some idea's, that government should allow and train the JK Police and other paramilitary soldiers to conduct counter terrorism operation. rather than sending army and special forces unit. The Army and special forces must be used to conduct cross border raids and special operations missions deep behind enemy lines. This makes some fear to Pakistan to slow down further sending Jihadi's into India.

     Doval also said, currently 40% of the Indian army in Kashmir handle only counter insurgency operations, and they will be routinely replaced by another 40%. This makes the Indian Army becomes best in CI operations not in war fighting. Those soldiers in Army doing CI ops and carry's more medals and promoted into Chief's later. This makes the army become para military not a true army to conduct offensive and defensive warfare.

     The point is clear that all the General's who serving in Indian Army has been participated in 1971 war. They will be retired very soon. the later one have no experience in warfare, but only in counter terrorism. the war planning and controlling the captured territory is different than the normal CT ops.

    Doval also concerned about the army defense spending, He says only 40% of the allocated fund used in the Army, while 60% spend for salaries. this is not good for a country with such huge spending forwarded to pay and allowances. this shows more manpower costs and less defense spending.

    Doval also insist to cut down the troops number by 50% . Currently the Army has more than a million of manpower, reducing this by half a million by next five years makes huge changes in army with induction of new weapons and support system. with the above said points, Indian Army once again become a true warriors.

    It's shocking that the government still has not taken a good step to stop the Pakistani cross border shelling, this is not new, till now the Pakistani Army uses heavy machines guns for Firing, but now they moving with Heavy mortar shells, and Rocket propelled grenades, as inside the country, Veterans asking the government to implement the OROP now, and they moving with full wave of  Protests, as the Aug 15 deadline missed by the government.

Cross Border firing

   The new government gets the vote by saying will stop the illegal Pakistani firings across the Line of Control, however so far the Government takes no good steps to stop them, instead of wasting time on talking and  return firing, that makes huge attrition damage to India only, not for Pakistan,

    Just before the Independence day celebration, six of the Kashmir Civilians killed by the Pakistani Firings, some days before  Gurdaspur attack, Udampur strike makes India suffered more, but the Government said they will assigned a NSA level talks with the Pakistani's to control the illegal firing, as Surprisingly, NSA adviser also states that weapons is not a good answer, where Diplomatic solution is best to handle such situation, That's the Common Indian ideology since decades, Makes the Indian power a soft and weaken power in Global arena, where countries like Israel and Russia affected by Terrorism and cross border firings they act very quickly by eliminating the Group who involved the Tragedy, makes their Attrition damage very low compared to their enemies,

    However situation is very opposite here in India, If Pakistan contentiously shelling and killing Indian civilians and Soldiers, the Government keeps the Diplomatic options, and never tried to deploy massive force to destroy the destination of the firing source, where Israeli's doing this since decades,

    However instead of repelling the Pakistani firings, the Government asked the Civilians to vacate the land and move to safer place, this is how government plans to control the attrition damage, and waiting for NSA level Talks, and the so called befitting reply from India said by Ministers and government, the so called warnings from Home ministry is just a eye wash, since they were failed to stop the Pakistani firing,

One Rank One Pension

   The long awaited issue is the Ex service men's One Rank one Pension issues, since from day one of the new government the veterans eagerly awaiting for one rank one pension. but so far they didn't get any good answer except the same words like, The Government understand the veterans wish, and govt will soon resolve it, but more than one year same Words again and again, but no bill or no clear deadlines,

   Not many of the Today's generation don't know the genesis of the OROP, Well, here it is. Till 1973, the Pensions of Armed Forces  were  70% of their last pay drawn , while that of the Civilians or other Central government staffs was 30% of their last pay drawn. so as to compensate for the Early Retirement age of Armed Forces as compared to the Civilians, 88% of Military Personnel retire between 35-37 yrs of age, while 92% of balance retired ( then) at 52 yrs whereas all other Central government staffs  retire at  60 yrs  flat.

    However, in 1973, duly regularized by the  3rd Pay Commission  under Congress government,  the Pensions of  All Govt Servants were  made Equal, that makes all the central government staffs and the Armed forces gets the same 50% of pension, calculated by the last pay drawn, where civilian staffs gets 20% hike meantime, Armed forces personnel's pension decreased by 50% from early 70%, from 1973 to till now the Veterans asking for OROP, where the governments keep ignoring this since decades. 

   Even Just before the eve of Independence day the Veterans jumped into protest, but the Police men misused their power and lynched the Soldiers, even without paying respects to their ages, a 95 year old Veteran severely lynched and his medals thrown off, after the Media Jumped the situation changed, The Policemen moved from the place where veterans protested,

    And now the veterans announced a Hunger strike till death, and demanding a good answer from the Government.

    The new Government taken power in mid 2014, with full hope of controlling border infiltrations and free hand of Indian Soldiers along the Indian Border to retaliate against enemy fire or infiltration, the New Government completes the first year, but no concrete steps against the Pakistani infiltrations, But despite condition the situations are not changed the Pakistanis doing the same again and Again,

    So far from early 2014 to 2015 nearly 50 Indians include some 10 plus Soldiers, the Terrorists almost  targeted Army bases and assaulted, later Army Busted and decapitated them, But the question remains same, How to control the Border infiltrations, The Air power is the only Options.

   The Air force and RAW intelligence almost have up to date informations about the Pakistani sponsored terrorist locations  inside Pakistani Occupied Kashmir. as earlier some Think Tanks stated that India may go for a Short Sharp war against the Pakistanis to stop the Border infiltrations, 

   The day almost soon, recent days too many reports of border infiltrations which causes Civilian and soldiers death, By comparing with Israeli's they almost Kill each and every terrorists who tries to infiltrate Israeli mainland, the Land shape is easy to spot them and Kill them, But here it's difficult, Snow's un explored area's, and worst weather conditions,

    If IAF gets the order to Destroy enemy terrorists camps inside Pakistani occupied Kashmir, It's sure Pakistan won't retaliate, lets see the exact scenario, IAF right Now has some good number of Fighters, Nearly some hundred plus Su 30 MKI is war ready which means they are in Quick reaction mode, all 100 will be launched within the moments of Some five minutes, by Moving some two to three squad of Su 30 MKI near Sri Nagar, gives complete Air superiority over PoK, with the help of IAF's Phalcon, one is assigned for Air operation and one more for  Target acquisition over PoK

    The A 50 can cover some 300+ kilometers where the original Range is classified, with the support of AEWCS some 6+6+6= 18 Su 30 MKI as Combat Air patrol, searching the Air for for enemy air activity, with the Huge combat radius and Fire power Sukhoi can keep all the enemy fighters in the Ground, if IAF dealt with Pakistan, it's clear the mission should need a IL 78 MKI Aerial refueler for continuous air operations,

       Meantime another AEWCS with RAW's elint platform will search and assign another set of fighters to perform attack mission, here all the Fighters will armed with highly accurate PGM/LGB missiles to strike the Target with pin point accuracy and score 100% target destruction capability, here we can use combination of Mirage 2000 and Jaguar Aircrafts.

  

   IAF has some twenty five plus numbers of Mirage 2000 aircrafts on Quick reaction mode, IAF has nearly 50+ Mirages where most of them in MLU, maybe 12 in MLU another twelve in test flights, along with Jaguar Bombers, here the Jaguars numbers may be upto fifty, while  some other fifty plus Jaguars is in upgrades, known as DARIN III upgrade.

    with the seventy two Ground attack aircrafts we can split them as six by six we get twelve strike packages, for round a clock mission, makes the Pakistani occupied Kashmir under Indian Air force control for some hours to clean up the land from terrorists, if each of the Strike packages comes with twenty four 500 Kg Bombs each armed with four PGM/LGB sized 250 or 500 kg warheads,

    In first wave of attack the Bombers will destroy some wide targets with 24 heavy ordinance, within a minutes another set of strike packages comes with same payload, this repeats for Six times, makes wide damages of enemy asserts, we can pause the actions for another thirty minutes to check the ground damage reports and mission debriefings to perform more in next waves,

       Meanwhile the Pakistanis will sit in the ducks, they know their Fighters won't match against the IAF's fire power, with the A 50 AEWCS weighting for Air borne targets and Su 30 MKI fighter are ready for Pakistani fighters, It's clear Pakistan won't send it's fighters to attack the Indian Missions in PoK. even if any Pakistani ultra patriot gears up his fighters for Air borne mission, Phalcon notices it quickly and direct two or more Su 30 to intercept the bogey,  with the Full speed and in Supersonic mode Su 30 easily penetrate Pakistani territory and engages the Pakistani fighters within their territory and come backs to friendly air space,

     The enemy don't knows whats doing the IAF pilots, all of them moves their hands to the Ejection seat switches instead of pushing the throttle, So it's clear that the  Pakistani air force won't take the suicidal missions,

       also the entire bombing mission only takes some 48 to 72 Hours, which results completes annihilation of terrorists inside Pakistani Occupied Kashmir which gives a temporary peace in Kashmir for next some fifty plus years,

        And It's clear Pakistan knows about Indian Amry, I sure they never forget Indian style during 1948, 1971 and 1999. if they tries the History repeats itself, and Says Indian Army smashed Pakistanis'

      With the Modi-led government coming into power the infiltration incidents along the LOC has reduced drastically. India has repeatedly warned Pakistan of retaliation if Pakistan sticks to unprovoked firing. Since the October escalation there has been no significant incidents of border violations and infiltrations. In October, India resorted heavy firing in reply to Pakistan’s unproved across the LOC. Pakistan met with heavy retaliation from BSF which was backed by the army. Officials across the border say they were caught off guard and the scale of retaliation India showcased was unexpected and claimed Indian forces intended to destroy Pakistani sponsored hide outs and said India retaliated with light artillery even if small fire was fired.

       This threatened Pakistan and demoralized its forces which were involved in routine border violations. Since India put up a firm resistance violations have reduced to a great extent. This deterred Pakistan from trying anything across border but Pakistan’s hybrid warfare propaganda seems to have taken a high beat. Pakistan has been providing assistance to anti Indian elements in Kashmir to fight against the   Indian soldiers and plans to show Indian army activities as illegal, rallies and protests have turned out to be events specially meant to assault Indian forces.

    

       On the eastern front the situation is no different rather its more complicated. China is developing infrastructure and facilities across the border at its wimps and is surely claiming every inch of land. The border shared with China is plagued with hostile weathers which has been one of the biggest hindrances in securing this border. The threat of Chinese infiltrating areas around the border has increased considerably and the Chinese have proved their stand towards the disputed areas. 

    Naxal activities along these areas have also increased exponentially and it is widely believed that the naxals are strongly backed by Chinese forces which have are not only believed to be supporting them financially but also are supplying them with modern weaponry.

       The Home ministry has taken note of these developments seriously and is working to towards the betterment of India by solving these internal conflicts. The once neglected forces serving under the Home Ministry have now received modern weaponry and gear. Several other programs to better the morale of these forces has been initiated by the ministry.

        There have been no concrete evidences to prove Pakistani connection to the internal conflicts in the far north but what can be proved at this time is the links to various Pakistani radical groups. Even though India government has not publicly stated the state links for these activities it has criticized Pak for nurturing the radical elements. Through the diplomatic channels India has repeatedly raised the issue not just with Pakistan but also with foreign delegations and with the UN, which has been trying to harbor piece between the nations..

   Pakistani flags being used in rallies have been a common sight in Kashmir and seem this fever has gripped the south with incidents being reported in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The rising tension within the top most northern state is of at most importance to the government. The measures the government can implement here has been nullified largely in the name of humanity which seems to be really missing in the torn parts of J&K.

     Door to door operation within the country is unacceptable.  With unity being used as the biggest tool Indian forces have failed to zero in on suspects who have been against the existence of India’s sovereignty.

          A stabilized and peaceful India can be attained only if the internal inflicts are solved, solving the problems at the border is a task that the army and MoD have been running successfully for quite some time.  and prosperity such door to door operations needed, last year Israel carried out massive door to door operation in Gaza city Khan Younis, the place where most of the Rockets launched towards Israel. The Israeli Intelligence along with IDF carried out door to door operations and Killed almost 600+ Anti Israeli activities, who also carried out Rocket launches towards Israel, the International media sponsored by Arabs cried a lot, but Israel didn't were reluctant and continued its Operations.

    So the same kind of operations is needed, the Kashmir Tral city is a red  zone where most anti Indian elements operators being sheltered, door to door operation in Tral could end the pro- Pakistani propaganda war against India.

   While India successfully managed to stop border infiltrations, It's  time to enforce laws in Kashmir and make the people realize J&K is a part of India and shall always be a part of India.
