        It was 13^th the December, 2001 and it was calm and eventless day in the National capital, New Delhi. It was around 11:45 am and reports of gun fire and huge blasts were being reported from the ‘power capital of India’, “The parliament “. The militants had struck at the heart of India, they had successfully attacked the very stature of India. The Indian forces respond immediately killing all the militants but India had lost around 9 brave souls who had made the ultimate sacrifice for the country. After investigation it was proved that the gunmen received instructions from Pakistan and the operation was carried out under the guidance of Pakistanis ISI agency. In response to the attack on 20 December, India mobilized and deployed its troops to Kashmir and Punjab in what is India's largest military mobilization since the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War.

    Both the states faced a very tense standoff during the period and it was only after a year the status returned to normal. Both the states are “Nuclear states “that have an arsenal of around 300-350 nuclear war heads at their disposal. Pakistan Army is known to have a very weakly structured hierarchy command. With any major Terrorist attack taking place inside Indian soil usually points the finger towards the involvement Pakistan government. In various attacks it has been established that the terrorists are either Pakistan citizens or the operation itself would have received substantially help from the ISI.  It has time and again been ascertained that Pakistan an active sympathizer of these terrorist forces and has soon little interest in dismantling them. US based think tanks have warned the pentagon that any major terror strikes against India may force the Indian government to sanction large scale hits on ‘Terror installations’ across the border This may be considered as an act of war and this may even lead to a full scaled war. With both states having nuclear warheads the ‘Think tanks’ have raised concerns of Nuclear-war. 

        Since India confirmed its nuclear program has promised to follow a policy of “No First Use”. But the Pakistan command since it conceived a nuclear program has not ascertained any of the concerns raised to date. India has time and again been on the receiving end when it comes to terrorist attacks. Repeated attacks may harm the integrity of the nation. In the recent past India has adopted a very tough stand against terrorism. Anymore attacks will surely force the government to sanction large scale retaliation attack against known ‘Terrorist Installations’ across the border. Pakistan has developed a module to co-operate with these terrorist groups but in the recent past the very home nurtured groups have struck back at Pakistan with attacks across the country. The large scale attacks sanctioned by the Indian government can be easily considered by the counterpart as an ‘Act of War’.

           With the Indian government launching a massive offensive using its Army and the SF (Special forces), Pakistan forces may launch a counter offensive but largely outnumbered and with a never acceptable defeat headed their way the Pakistan government may pull out its last option, a nuclear tipped missile that maybe launched towards India. But India is equipped with interceptors to shoot down the incoming threat and if at all Indian forces do fail to intercept the missile and the strike is successful. The SFC (Strategic Forces Command) would immediately order retaliation strikes against Pakistan from one of three platforms there by inflicting extremely heavy damage on the enemy which would effectively force them to surrender and concede defeat.

Libya and Italy divided by a small length of sea only. they don't need those barbarians near their door steps. when Boko Haram operated in Central African countries already raised his voice and openly announced their Alliance with the ISIS and help to spread the Caliphate around captured territories. they also announced some of the captured territories are under the ISIS Caliphate. Caliphate is run by a Muslim cleric who is the supreme leader their rules are Islamic sharia law whoever disobey the laws they would be detained as per sharia Law.    

      The Another threat is the lone wolf's. most of the European countries and others also feared lone wolf attacks early known as sleeper cells. they are inspired by the victory of ISIS. misguided words from Muslim extremists, and hates over other religious peoples, the first wave staged in the Sydney Australia end of last year, continued France and Poland, when they alerted about such attacks the Europe countries alone arrested some thousand lone wolf's ready to stage attacks on the Nations. also numbers are increasing those inspired foreigners joining with the ISIS. lets see the Countries extremists who are all  willing to join the ISIS.

    Algerians are mostly Sunni Islamist nearly 98 % of them, last September a group who's Al qaida's north African attachment. who decapitated a french mountaineer. they also raised pro Islamic quotes and gives credits to the ISIS. According to Aljazeera Report at least 100 Algerians announced themselves as the Soldiers of the Caliphate in Algeria. but no more recent Major attacks are co ordinates within Algeria. but still an emerging threat.  

Libya

   

    The known unstable state in the northern corner of Africa just adjacent to the Europe, just some 300 miles, a Fishing crawler is enough to land in the Italy from Libya. Recently there are some refugees from Libya and other African countries comes to the Italy using some decommissioned Cargo ships. there is more possibilities of Some sleeper cells too infiltrate within the asylum seekers.  also recent beheading of Egypt national and their announcement regarding the Caliphate is seriously concerned by both Italy and Egypt, where Egypt carry out attacks against those terrorists in Libyan State. after Iraq and Syria Libya is the most dominate ISIS controlled place. estimated some 1500 Libyans are  ISIS members operating inside Libya.

Egypt

       

   Egypt also composed by 80% of Sunni Islamist. but they calm and no harm to other nations. they carry out attacks against Terrorists. Joining with Israel to take out Terrorists in Sinai peninsula more and more. as of now Sinai is the only unstable place in Egypt. But they deployed their Armed forces to protect their interests. last some terrorists attacks in Sinai carried out by ISIS operating within Egypt. as of now 2000 Egypt citizens are ISIS currently within their Country. 

Central Africa

Boko Haram which is a largest terrorist org within central Africa claimed to be part of the ISIS. they are most deadliest evil humans in the earth after the ISIS. Their is an NGO estimates some 20,000 Africans killed by the Boko haram. mainly Nigeria, CHAD and Niger, the french taken care of the CAR and MALI once the colony's of France, French deployed forces in the Countries to fight against the Terrorists. The Number of Boko Haram terrorists may upto 3000-5000. 

 Jordan 

     

      Another nation with 95% of Sunni Muslims. they are the part of US led Collation to carryout Recon and Collect intelligence over the ISIS position in Iraq. soon after ISIS managed to shot down a F 16 with it's Igla's later they burned the Piolt Alive which angers the Jordan Monarch leading Heavily attacking the ISIS positions. while the US fighters provide Air cover those Jordanian F 16 pound and scored some 500 ISIS kills as of now. but southern Jordan who sharing borders peoples are more pro ISIS and went to Syria to fight against the Shia militants and the  Assad Regime. It's calculated that some 5000 Jordanians are part of the ISIS.

      A leader of world Terrorism with all state power, have UN Seat, have Nuke warheads everything but still a Largest terrorists supporter in the Globe, most attacks carried out in Foreign states are prepared in Bakistan, they are also give asylum to any kind of Terrorists. they hide the Osama Bin Laden near to an Bakistani Army Base, later US take out OBL without noticing Pakistan. the TTP well kown Tehrik I Taliban of Bakistan most of it's members are pro ISIS and claimed they are fighting for the ISIS. But both Saudi a Bakistani have 80% sunni muslim majority. unlike their common enemies like Iran and Iraq holds 90% of Shia majority. It's a Known fact that any other religious peoples can live with the muslims either shia or sunni but they can't live with other muslims if they sunni then they try to wash out shia from there same vice-verse. the known examples are Syrian and Iraq present earlier Qatar, Iraq, Yemen. and all over entire middle east can waged war with their religious shit to show who is powerful, now it's about the title

       till the 1998 intelligence agencies from all over the Country's tracked that bakistani saudi collaboration of Nuke warheads and warned nuke imbalance in the Gulf region. but both Bakistan and Saudi's denied such involvements. It's first international research org Global Security.org  first reported that those known nuke collaboration in means of sharing oil for low cost and provide assistance during war times. soon after more news reports and Intelligence agencies figured out the same issue. not only that when those Saudi's bought CSS 2 from china early 1988. until 1990 China and Saudi doesn't have proper relationships. but that illegal weapon transfer happens well before 1988. CSS 2 or DF 3 A once a Backbone of Chinese Nuke Delivery options which carrying a 100kt nuclear warhead over 3000  kilo meters. which is completely a Violation of MCTR which controls transfer of Missiles range over 300 kilometers. all of the countries who selling Missiles to others should adopt the 300Km range specifications.

         until 2014 April most of the intelligence believes that Saudi may use the Bakistani ballistic missiles for it's primary nuclear delivery. to showing thier counterbalance power of Iranian Nuclear developments. but all those are went wet when they parade CSS 2 in the military parade. and that beleives Saudi's have nearly 50 such missiles in it's arsenals. also latest information's suggest that saudi may bought newer version of CSS 5 the known DF 21A. reports beleives that Saudi have three launch sites along his country to carryout DF 3A Ballistic Missiles. 

  as per latest reports Washington based research institute believes that the contract of sharing nukes renewed as per latest developments between the Bakistani and Saudi officials.
